Known for its laid-back, summery mood, Sydney’s outdoor, beachside cinema hosts Flickerfest every year.
Now in its 23rd year, the event focuses on cutting-edge short films from Australia and the world. After the main event, it then embarks on tour to more than 45 venues around the country.
Along with the competitive programmes, there is also a series of ‘Flickerkids’ short films for kids, a selection of Short Laughs Comedy shorts and an award-winning Celebrity Shorts spotlight.
